Misty By Franklin Mint Porcelain HorseNow up for your consideration is beautiful porcleain figurine designed by the well known artist pauela du boulay ( that is what the signature appears to be) for the franklin mint. hTis was produced in 1988. The title is misty. A white and tan paint horse (likely a show pony) stands 7 3/8 inches high with a 8 ¼ inches base by 3 3/8 across.
