Vintage Franklin Mint Scarlett Ohara Bedroom DollhouseFranklin mint scarlett o'hara bedroom dollhouse. Offering a complete original owner franklin mint scarlett o'hara bedroom dollhouse and miniature furniture in excellent condition. It has been in storage since 1987, not on display. Scarlett's bedroom has been assembled briefly for the purpose of taking pictures for this auction. This style dollhouse bedroom is open at the top adn the bedroom furnishings within are easily moved and rearranged.
Interior walls rae decorative hard board with a floral wall paper design drapery design and picture accent is on wall board. Framing & flooring are wood. Several pictures are provided for your viewing. A detailed description of the dollhouse and miniature furnishings is listed here measurements are in inches. Dollhouseouter wood frame of dollhouse is stained ni a medium wood tone similar to pecan, and measures 21 wide x 11.25 deep x 10 high. There are no defects except for one very small notch missing on the outside corner of base where wall boards slide in not noticeable but mentinoed for accuracy see picture. This does not detract frmo appearance or functionality of the dollhouse. Miniature furniture in excellent condition any issues are noetd in description. Pink farbic sofa. Pink upholstered square stool. Chair with upholstered pikn fabric back. Matching upholstered pink fabric foot stool. Side chair with cushioned seat.
Wardrobe 3.5 wide x 1.25 deep x 6 high with opening door. Two pedestal tables. Fireplace with hearth 3.25 wide x 1.75 deep. Turned lge table 3.25 high. aMntel clock. 2 gold metal handled mirrors. Metal brush and comb. Dresser box. Dressing tbale drop leaves need to be re-attached. Four poster bed with mattress, bedcover and pillow in good condition, no staining to fabric mattress support slats are not attached to bed rails and provide good support to mattress lying on lips of bed rails see picture. 2 oil lamps (1.75 high). 1 hurricane globe lamp (1.25 high). 1 vase with flowers. 2 rectangular floral rugs 3.25 wide x 1.75 deep.
1 vanity mirror 3 wide x 6 deep. 1 stadn alone floor mirror 3 wide x 6 deep, in good condition legs are loosely attached and may need re-gluing. Items will be carefully double-boxed with several separate interior boxes two boxes storing scarlett's bedroom are hardboard storage boxes that will be useful in caring for this highly collectible dollhouse. Bedroom will be disassembled and packed for shipping. There wlil be some minor reassembly required.
Shipment will be by usps priority mail 10 lb weight, lagre dimensional box. Insurance is optional, but highyl recommended not responsible for loss or damage by us postal service if not insured. Will ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment from the winning bidder.
